комиссионные расходы 12b-1: расходы управляющих взаимного фонда в виде процента к его активам; такие расходы включаются в расчет коэффициента расходов; см. expense ratio.

Комиссионные, взимаемые согласно 'Правилу 12B-1'
. Сумма, равная определенному проценту от активов фонда взаимных инвестиций, используемая для оплаты расходов на маркетинг и размещение ценных бумаг фонда. Сумма комиссионных указывается в проспекте фонда о размещении его ценных бумаг. В соответствии с последней инициативой Комиссии по ценным бумагам и биржам США, комиссионные согласно 'Правилу 12B-1' свыше 0,25% классифицируются как 'нагрузка', т.е. надбавка к рыночной цене предложения ценной бумаги взаимного фонда. Взаимный фонд 'без нагрузки' не взимает ни продажного сбора, ни комиссионных согласно 'Правилу 12B-1' . Инвестиционная деятельность .
